Step 1: Inspection

Our state-of-the-art camera equipment is a non-invasive way to detect leaks that are underground without damaging your landscaping. Before beginning work, we also have locator devices to prevent the destruction of any existing service lines. 

 

Step 2: Assessment

After assessing the damage, we make our recommendation. If the leak is above-ground, it can be a relatively straightforward thing to fix. However, when the leak damage is underground, it can compromise the entire water line and cause problems in the future.

 

Step 3: Repair

When the damage has been assessed, we use Trenchless Technology to begin pipe repair. Trenchless technology allows us to work on fixing the leak while avoiding damage on landscapes, hardscapes or any surface on clients' backyard or front yard. There are two methods we use depending on client needs:

 

Method 1: HammerHead Mole Pneumatic Boring

For short distance pipe fixing, we use a procedure called Pneumatic Boring. With Trenchless Technology, we run a pipe underground from the water meter to the buildings water connection with minimum destruction to the landscaping

 

Method 2: Directional Drilling

When pipe distance exceeds 60' we switch to a method called directional drilling. Directional drilling allows us to dig a small tunnel underground over long distances, and then run a pipe through it. This is all done without creating huge trenches that damage your property with Trenchless Technology.
