GAS LINES

Gas lines are an essential part of any home, providing warmth for our rooms, our water, and our food. With so much use, it is expected that those lines will eventually deteriorate and need repair or replacement.

The Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing team follows a cost-effective process that ensures the gas line problem is properly assessed and fixed promptly.

Step 1: Assessment

With how dangerous gas line damage can be, it is best to leave it to the experts. Our team evaluates the damage and determines if this is a small repair or a full replacement job. Regardless of the damage, we install any size polyethylene pipe which is approved by PG&E.

Step 2: Repair

Method 1: HammerHead Mole Pneumatic Boring

For short distance gas line fixing, we use a procedure called Pneumatic Boring using a HammerHead Mole. With Trenchless Technology, we run a pipe underground to install either a secondary gas line or a complete replacement with minimum destruction to the landscaping

Method 2: Directional Drilling

When pipe distance exceeds 60' we switch to a method called directional drilling. Directional drilling allows us to dig a small tunnel underground over long distances, and then run a pipe through it. This is all done without creating huge trenches that damage your property with Trenchless Technology.

At Pipe-Thru Trenchless Technology we are committed to helping you find a plumbing solution that doesn't destroy your property. Call us at (408) 394-7910 or visit https://www.pipethrutrenchless.com/contact-us for a free estimate.
